For the Hike
Rain boots or hiking shoes, light long-sleeve shirts, light long pants, camelback or backpack with water bottle, energy bars, etc.
For the Beach
Rash guard, beach mat, beach bag, swimmer's ear ear drop, cooler bag, etc... Surf board and boogie board can be rented at the south end of Playa Dominical. If you take a surf lesson, the surf board will be provided.
